Position Summary
Partner across Centers of Excellence (COE) to support all areas/outcomes of the team. Serve as a key player in creating calendars, working with Communications team on how/where to share dates, support data needs and requests from HR business partners (HRBPs) and other partners from the business. Partner with several colleagues across COEs, shared services, etc., to share data based on existing gaps, future needs and support the performance experts in the creation of solutions that will move the overall performance of our business and our people forward. Essential Job Functions
* Support the team in the creation of performance development process, calendar, policies, and tools aligned with and in support of business needs, vision and culture
* Serve as a key partner to understand business specific performance gaps, opportunities, wins, and best practices in order to create one best way solutions to support enterprise wide performance and outcome growth
* Analyze performance development results to understand overall trends and ensure calibration
* Create presentations and support the training of HRBPs on the processes and tools they will leverage to execute against expected outcomes
* Ensure KPIs are aligned with business and HRBP teams
* Partner across COE to ensure effective execution; aggregate and analyze performance development results to understand overall trends and ensure calibration
* Ensure requirements are being met by tracking KPIs and Diversity Equity and Inclusion metrics
* Must be able to perform the essential job functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation
Minimum Position Qualifications
* 2+ years previous talent development experience
* 2+ years previous HR experience
* 1 year or more of experience creating eye catching and effective PowerPoint presentations; proficient with Excel and Word
* Ability to collaborate and work cooperatively in a team-based environment
* Excellent oral/written communication skills
* Self-directed, ability to execute projects with minimal supervision
* Strong attention to detail
* Proven ability to manage multiple tasks across a variety of projects that may run concurrently
Desired Previous Experience/Education
* Bachelor's Degree in business or HR
* Any experience as HR generalist; retail experience strongly preferred
* Any experience as HR coordinator or analyst
* Any talent development generalist experience
