The Global Head of Learning & Leadership Development, HR Leaders, and Business Leaders to create and deliver leadership development programming and strategies globally that ultimately drive the JLL growth agenda. This person works across business lines, geographies and regions to create and build leadership development strategies that support the global talent strategy set by the Head of Global Talent. Theses solutions are created through an integrated leadership development platform with the business strategy in mind a framework that connects all talent processes to ensure that they are aligned with each other and maximize value to the business. The Head of Global Leadership Development oversees the global execution of the leadership programming to ensure quality, alignment and regional variations when necessary. This role also oversees the execution of all L&D activity within their respective region and will be a primary lead/expert facilitator for executive level audiences that ultimately driving our business forward (and using robust metrics to show the connection between these programs and business outcomes).

Key Stakeholders:
Global executive leadership from around the globe, senior business leaders, GHR, Sr. HR Leads for Business Lines, as well as equivalent HR leaders in key countries in the region
Specific Responsibilities:
* Develop an enterprise-wide, global leadership development strategies that spans in-person, virtual, 1:1, self-paced, and blended methodologies as well diverse content areas
* Evaluate leadership development programs that align to JLLs overall business objectives
* Lead, coach, and develop a global team (either directly or indirectly) of leadership development facilitators and delivery
* Consult with business leaders, HR Business Partners, and the executive leadership team to identify emerging leadership needs
* Work collaboratively across the regions to build an aligned, modern and engaging approach to leadership development
* Design (in partnership with the instructional design team) and deliver leadership development programs across all levels of leadership (including executive) to increase leadership effectiveness and support succession planning
* Identify, vet, and onboard external vendors / offerings to supplement internal leadership development resources
* Thinks broadly to create recommendations and solutions that push grow the business agenda; challenges status quo
* Active partner with executive leadership and HR community for SME perspectives; Mentors team members. Maintains depth and breadth of knowledge and experiences across leadership development expertise areas
* Leads the L&D activity (leadership development, professional development and transformational training) within the region, responsible for the quality and execution of all L&D activity within that region
* Leads leaders to think differently about ROI of leadership development moving beyond the learning satisfaction index to overall business metrics that matter
* Owns a regional learning and development training budget leveraging the right mix of internal and external resources
* Networks externally for leading practices, approaches, tools and techniques in leadership development
Required Skills and Experience:
* Extensive understanding of leadership development, change leadership, adult learning theory and the drivers of leadership effectiveness
* Significant experience in progressive leadership development
* Experience in integrating together and improving leadership development processes across the employee life cycle
* Experience implementing and leading successful cross-functional and cross-border enterprise-wide leadership initiatives
* Proven experience in creating and delivering effective leadership development solutions for senior leaders
* Demonstrated understanding of, and experience in how to leverage the HR Business Partner, HR Centers of Excellence, and Shared Services, total operating model (TOM), for greatest business impact
* A personal drive to lead, marshal and coordinate resources across multiple teams on complex projects and comfort working in a highly matrixed and agile environment
* Comfort, confidence and humility in dealing with management/leadership at all levels
* Curiosity to understand the multiple dimensions of organizational challenges and opportunities, plus an ability to think very independently with a high degree of self-motivation
* Relevant degree with a degree in L&D or org development/behavior
* 10-15 years of experience in building and scaling leadership development programs for multiple organizations, with exposure to a variety of industries and approaches
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Best in class facilitation skills and ability to navigate hard conversations in a classroom
* Ability to analyze and interpret data and leverage those insights into critical decisions
* Extensive experience influencing and gaining buy-in from executive leadership
* Outstanding interpersonal skills with executives
