About the role:

As a member of the China Strategic Consulting team, to develop and expand the firms strategic consulting capability in Chongqing, improve its service delivery to support and enhance the firms business in China. Strategic Consultings goals are to develop and deliver best practice in development consulting, to generate downstream business for the region and to assist in promoting thought leadership amongst Jones Lang LaSalle and its clients.

What this job involves:

Including but not limited to:

* To identify, secure and undertake profitably as part of a team consulting assignments in Chongqingand across China
* To provide high quality consulting services including development and market analysis, feasibility studies and occupier strategy studies for Chinese and international clients
* To assist in the management, development and marketing of Strategic Consulting services in China
* To assist in developing business opportunities for Strategic Consulting amongst existing and new clients in Nanjing and across China
* To develop a constructive working relationship with personnel in the firms other business units in China and with Strategic Consulting teams in Beijing, Guangzhou, Hong Kong and Taiwan
* To develop continuously your skills and experience through appropriate study, reading and training, maintaining Strategic Consulting at the leading edge of real estate consulting

* Financial: to achieve agreed revenue targets for the Nanjing team and to be instrumental in the generation of significant new business for the team and the wider firm in China.
* Client: to achieve a high level of client satisfaction (as evidenced by post assignment client surveys) and develop new enduring mutually beneficial client relationships
* People: to command a high level of respect and support amongst your peers in Strategic Consulting and amongst those of other business units in China
* Other: Successful promotion of the Strategic Consulting team in Nanjing with resultant development of business opportunities.likely to have 2 to 3 years experience in a consulting environment, and been engaged in a variety of property consulting assignments international experience through education and/or past employment superior knowledge or experience in one or ore of the following areas:
* Major (re)development projects; feasibility analysis and /or master planning
