Johnson & Johnson Deliver Revenue is recruiting for a Sr. Analyst, Deliver Revenue Reconciliation Metrics. This position can be located anywhere in the United States.

Key Responsibilities:
* Identify as Deliver Revenue Key Business Process Owner and Power User Lead
* Learn and utilize technology to assimilate and summarize data to identify trends that address root cause of disputes.
* Support goal attainment by providing data that allows team to prioritize decisions.
* Provide guidance on complex analysis to remove obstacles and expedite dispute resolution.
* Present data to Revenue Analysts that support development of action plans to facilitate research and resolution of disputes.
* Design performance data and analytics that reports status of dispute volume and attainment of goals.
* Develop solutions to a variety of issues of broad scope and complexity, referring to policies and practices for mentorship.
* Support management with specific analysis and reports to drive proactive account portfolio management and discussions with customers and key internal business partners.
* Perform analysis on complex revenue issues and partner with other business contributors as appropriate to resolve issues and execute opportunities to improve against department metrics.
* Use Process Excellence tools/concepts to deliver accurate root cause analysis, trending patterns and process optimization for the Deliver Organization.
* Utilize Microsoft Office including Power BI & or other visualization software in conjunction with Revenue business applications ( SAP, JDE, HPE Content Management) to present impact of disputes to organization and franchises.
* Implement process improvements, utilizing technology and internal/external collaboration to drive achievement of organizational metrics, team efficiency and individual account goals.
* Drive other revenue process improvement projects that impact disputes, as well as team performance on KPIs/metrics.
* Lead or participate in functional area and department projects that improve cash flow, reduce deductions, and streamline manual processes
* Develop and deploy training initiatives and exercises.
Qualifications
Education:
* A minimum bachelor's degree is required; preferably in Supply Chain or Finance
* A minimum of 4 years of relevant business experience is required.
Required:
* Finance knowledge and/or work experience in any of the following areas: (accounts receivable, deduction management, cash application and collections)
* High level of proficiency with MS Office including Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, power queries, etc.)
* Knowledge of Tableau data visualization software
* Process oriented thinking, experience in leading projects and familiarity with project management tools and methods
* Proven ability to learn new systems/applications
* Strong collaboration skills with experience working on multi-functional teams
* Proven ability to mentor and develop other's skills
* Demonstrated ability to develop and lead training initiatives/exercises
Preferred:
* High level of proficiency with Power BI
* Working knowledge of SAP
* Process excellence knowledge and/or certification (e.g. six sigma lean green belt or black belt)
* Supply Chain knowledge including (Order Management, Forward and Reverse Distribution/Logistics)
* Experience working with compliance i.e. (SOX, Audit)
