What youll be able to do:

Looking for a Data Analyst to be part of FCS/Commercial Product Line Team that is part of the enterprise connectivity organization. This individual will play a key role in supporting Data Services products by working with ecosystem partners (TMC, Fleet Telematics, Connected Vehicle systems) by embracing lean and agile practices in a Product Based organization

* Support FCS Data Services and Enrollments by working closely with FCS customers, business product owners, and multiple connected vehicle application teams

* Support with setup and testing of Data Services and Enrollments for all FCS products

* Effectively participate in triage calls concerning customer issues leading to on time resolutions and closure by drilling down as relevant

* Serve as the end to end process knowledge SME and articulate requirements towards enhancements and new change requests

The minimum requirements we seek:

* Bachelor's degree

* 2+ years of experience as an analyst within a large ecosystem of applications having working knowledge of system integration and data flow

* 2+ years of experience in triaging technical problems and investigating/fixing problems by working with relevant applications in the ecosystem

Our preferred requirements:

* Experience with Telematics data and the supporting Connected Vehicle ecosystem is a big plus

* Ability to handle large volumes of data and create meaningful reports for leadership

* Technical capabilities around using existing APIs, SDKs, Splunk, testing tools towards new development/ problem resolution is desired

* Ability to work with large volumes of data and utilize available analytical tools

* Familiar with Product Mgmt/Ticketing and Issue Mgmt toolsets such as JIRA

* Ability to develop strong working relationships across multiple product teams and business partners

* Excellent verbal, written communications skills & interpersonal skills
