Come join our team as part of our Enterprise Connectivity business, leading Fords connected customer experience in and out of the vehicle! Our Product Owner is responsible for the strategy, development, implementation and ongoing management of connected features, working with Business Owners and other Product Owners supporting both our retail and commercial vehicle customers.
* Help bring the vision to life for the end-to-end connected customer experience - across multiple channels (App, Web & In Vehicle Interface)
* Work closely with Enterprise Connectivity Business teams and partners to define digital experiences to maximize revenue and customer engagement opportunities
* Impact the Enterprise Connectivity cycle plan, delivering features and representing the voice of the connected customer
* Plan efficient and complimentary delivery of digital experiences split across multiple channels
* Own iteration content to ensure the digital experience grows, through monthly releases
* Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers & Testers, providing expert business direction through feature delivery and removing blockers to deliver an experience that exceeds the customers expectations
* Manage day-to-day prioritization of content within Product teams to deliver monthly releases on time and with excellent quality
* Act as guardian of the customer experience, reviewing and approving development stories
* Champion end-to-end CX for their products!
Minimum requirements
* Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or related field
* Two or more years of Product Owner or Product Manager experience
* One or more years of experience building product roadmaps
* One or more years of experience using Agile methodologies
* One or more years of experience working with stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in Digital Product Delivery as Product Owner or Product Manager, Program Management, Product Engineering and Digital Design will be key.
* Appreciation of Agile development principles and processes.
* Strong entrepreneurial approach toward looking for creative and innovative solutions.
* Appetite for knowledge and new insights regarding connectivity technology both in and out of the vehicle.
* Customer-focused mindset with knowledge of Human-Centered Design principles.
