Senior Director, Product - Insurance and Assurance

We are looking for a dynamic, organized, and strategic self-starter to lead our end-to-end product portfolio. Your deep understanding of our customers, technology, and business value drivers will accelerate near and long-term EG performance. Your well-honed skills in leading through influence will enable you to work effectively with your counterparts in Engineering, Design, Supply and Product Strategy, Legal, Finance, Revenue Optimization, Brand Leadership and Lines of Business to ensure our team delivers ahead of plan with high quality products. Your efforts will create delightful customer experiences, drive measurable impact to the bottom line, and enhance the value of our consumer brands and platform globally.

What youll do:

* You will effectively develop and communicate the vision, strategies, methods, and techniques needed to achieve our product portfolio goals.

* You will challenge the organization to innovate and craft new solutions, products, and experiences to lead the industry.

* You will demonstrate keen knowledge of our business successes, challenges, and strategic goals, ensuring our products meet the customers needs and standards, offer the best return on investment, and support the business strategy.

* You will review the operating strategy in the context of business goals and market dynamics to identify key process improvement opportunities.

* You will share knowledge and standard methodologies amongst broader EG business groups and may sponsor and serve as subject-matter guide for master class.

* You will promote a one-team mentality that encourages ownership and collaboration of technical and customer problems irrespective of organizational boundaries.

Who You Are:

* Bachelor's, Masters or PhD degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or related Technical field; or equivalent related professional experience.

* An experienced leader of large, complex and multi-regional teams demonstrating exceptional skills building effective teams and developing talent.

* A technologist with hands-on-knowledge of the travel and/or insurance industry (preferred).

* A builder and nurturer of strong relationships with key-decision makers.
