Job Description

PRINCIPLE OBJECTIVE:

The Manager, Global Digital Curriculum is responsible for developing and managing the ongoing digital education strategy for La Mer Experts, multi-branded staff and external partners, including overseeing our LMX E-learning platform, La Mer Personalized consumer-facing app, and YouCam Expert Education. This role is also responsible for the development of seasonal and ongoing Education programs and materials targeted to the business needs of La Mer and the individual global markets. Will work closely with Director, Global Curriculum and Executive Director, Global Service Experience on all department initiatives.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Develop La Mer's digital curriculum strategy with a digital-first mindset, including: the evolution of La Mer digital learning, upgrades to existing platforms, accelerating video content, and leveraging new technologies to enhance the Expert and Field teams' learning experience.
* Oversee La Mer's e-learning Platform (LMX) and Expert client experience app (La Mer Personalized) including weekly developer calls, content strategy, future planning and resolving issues in a time manner and raising recurring issues to appropriate team members.
* Develop and manage ongoing content calendar for Global Service Experience and Education team, partnering with appropriate team members and cross-functional partners in Consumer Experience and Social to plan monthly release of content, ensuring a holistic, seamless cadence of content to drive business objectives aligned with region and market requests and needs.
* Partner closely with Consumer Experience on the development of La Mer Personalized, including future phase enhancements, education support materials and app content. Manage La Mer Connections program within client experience app, partnering with Creative and Marketing teams on creation of written and video content as needed and overseeing monthly content release calendar.
* Drive acceleration of video curriculum, including identifying key areas of need, developing scripts, and partnering with director, producer, and editor on production. Ensure all video content meets brand standards and the needs of the regions and markets and is released in a timely manner.
* Create seasonal and ongoing global Education programs and materials - such as Seasonal Deep Dives and onboarding programs - based on business and global market needs, ensuring that all materials are created with a digital-first mindset and incorporate brand and department strategic goals.
* Work closely with Director, Global Curriculum, Product Development and Global Marketing to understand new product launches/positioning of new products within brand and develop materials to support this in training.
* Collaborate with Consumer Engagement, Go-to-Market and Product Development teams to ensure consistency of product information and strategic objectives for all education materials, oversee all product information (including Fact Sheets, Q&A, Go to Market and development of application techniques and services in partnership with Service Experience team) for key categories of Moisturizers, Skincolor de la Mer and Genaissance de la Mer.
* Act as Regional Education lead for LATAM region, partnering with LATAM Regional Director on business priorities and hosting bi-weekly touch bases with local education teams to support their needs.
* Act as point person for Global Service Experience and Education team and TR teams globally, partnering with Regional Education leads in TR Americas, TR EMEA and TR APAC on business priorities, hosting monthly statuses to touch base and sharing insights with team members.
* O2O liaison for team, attending weekly cross-functional status meetings and working with Curriculum and Service Experience teams to ensure programs, services and tools are aligned and support seamless omni experience for the La Mer client.
* Partner closely with all regions to ensure regional needs are met; acquire feedback on programs and incorporate changes as necessary; communicate Education programs to Field Education and Sales.
* Collaborate with Director, Global Curriculum in conceptualizing, developing, and writing of La Mer Expert communications to support selling initiatives such as YouCam content, newsletters on LMX, counter letters/updates and launch related materials.
* Deliver all programs and materials on time and within designated budget.

Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS:

* 5+ years of related experience
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Strong digital skills; previous experience creating digital content, developing and evolving digital content strategy
* Previous experience writing education materials and programs
* Excellent organizational skills
* Proven ability to self-manage, work in a fast-paced environment and work on multiple projects simultaneously
* Excellent customer service skills, professional attitude, flexibility, and ability to handle change in a positive manner
* Computer skills including Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Adobe Reader, Adobe Publisher and Articulate 360
* Travel may be required (15%)
* Strong team player
