We are seeking a Cardiac Step-Down Unit Manager for our facility to ensure that we continue to provide all patients with high quality, efficient care. Job Summary:

* You will assume responsibility for management of unit (24hrs/day) and responsibility for employee, physician and patient satisfaction.
* Your role is responsible for quality of care delivered within department.
* Your role provides leadership, coaching and counseling to department employees
* You will collaborate with other disciplines and departments to improve patient care delivery.
* You will assist with daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, and productivity management.

Qualifications

* Completion of accredited nursing program
* Current Georgia RN license
* BSN - Preferred
* Minimum of five (5) years clinical experience
* Minimum of 3-5 years nursing management experience
* Certification in Nursing Leadership preferred
* BLS - American Heart Association - required
* ACLS required as per mandated units (see below)
