Role Summary: Under the direction of the licensed nurse, the BHT I is responsible to provide care to patients with psychiatric disorders. Responsible for observing and intervening to keep patients safe, respond to maladaptive behaviors, and for input into the formulation of a therapeutic milieu treatment plan.Skills, Knowledge, Abilities
Required Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent
Preferred Education: Associate Degree or higher in a human services field, e.g. psychology
