Central Sterile Technician

Saturday & Sunday: 8:00 a.m. - 8:30 p.m.

Plus 12-hr rotating weekday shift

Seeking a Central Sterile Technician for our practice who provides clinical expertise to ensure all patients receive high quality, efficient care. In this role you will:

* Assemble and sterilize instruments before and after surgical cases.
* Decontaminate instruments in a safe and effective manner to minimize exposure risks to patients and employees.
* Conduct biological sterilizer tests and record results in accordance to policy and current industry standards.

Qualifications

Education / Licensure/ Certifications:

National certification with International Association of Healthcare Central Service Material Management (IAHCSMM) or The Certification Board for Sterile Processing and Distribution (CBSPD) within 6 months of hire, required.

Experience:

1 year hospital sterile supply preferred
