In this role you will provide project financial support and direction on Sarah Cannon studies, ensuring project financials are properly monitored and managed in pursuit of accurately depicting project profitability and cash flow. You will support all project finance related activities for assigned projects in accordance with Sarbanes Oxley, Company Policy and Procedures and US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) in regards to revenue recognition and pass through costs/revenue.

What you will do in this role:

* Act as Finance Liaison to Project Managers (PM)
* Ensure Project Budget is loaded and communicated to PM
* Work with PMs to identify Out Of Scope (OOS) items
* Conduct monthly review and analysis of assigned projects, including review of revenue recognition, project performance variances, accrued/unearned revenue and cash positions
* Monitor monthly compliance and exception reports to ensure timely reporting of revenue and billing deliverables by Project Manager
* Support monthly reporting requirements for assigned projects, including unsigned contract opportunities, backlog, and other ad-hoc financial analysis as required

Qualifications

What qualifications you will need:

* Bachelors degree
* 1 or more years of experience in project finance, managing finance for Clinical Trials and/or general finance is required
* Experience in clinical study/project finance would be helpful
