Job Summary:

* You will be responsible for assisting the Director with establishing and promoting the growth and excellence of the Department of Rehab Services to include Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy.
* You will be responsible for community, interdepartmental and intradepartmental integration of departmental patient-care services.
* You will be responsible for the day to day operations of the departments to include management and coordination of staffing, scheduling, clinical activities, fiscal management, and quality patient care.
* You will assume overall responsibility for the safe and effective operation and maintenance of the departments.
* You will perform all job duties and tasks in accordance with national and state professional governing guidelines and state practice act, rules, and code of ethics.

Qualifications

* Bachelor of Science or Master of Science degree in Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy, or a Master of Science or Master of Arts in Speech/Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
* Licensed as a Therapist in the State of Tennessee preferred.
* Three to five years of previous health care management experience at an Assistant Director level, or greater.
* Interpersonal skills to successfully interact with all customers
