SCHEDULE: Full-time

The Director of Respiratory Therapy demonstrates responsibility and accountability for twenty four hour operations, practice, and quality of care and services within assigned department. Ensures provision of quality services by maintaining appropriate resources, staffing levels, competency of staff, maintenance/ and performance of equipment, instrumentation calibration, physical space, and training and education of staff. Applies the principles of continuous quality improvement to measure, monitor and assess effectiveness and potential adverse effects of care as a mechanism to optimize improvement in patient outcome or prevent patient injury. Ensures patient assessment and therapy is appropriate, accurate and patient specific. Ensures documentation of care is timely, accurate, and complete.

Medical Center of Trinity is a 340 bed, all-private room hospital located in the rapidly growing tri-county area of Pasco, Pinellas and Hillsborough counties. Planned housing communities, schools, ample shopping and nearby beaches and recreational facilities make it an excellent location for young families.

The hospital opened in February 2012 in a beautifully designed and spacious facility, with services including adult and pediatric emergency care, spine & orthopedics, womens health & obstetrics, heart & vascular including open heart surgery, robotic assisted and minimally invasive surgery, mens health, cancer care, behavioral health, surgical specialties, primary care and neurosurgery.

Medical Center of Trinity is a certified Primary Stroke Center and supports three freestanding ERs. The hospital also features an Accredited Comprehensive Community Cancer Program (CoC) andhad the top performing HCA Nursing Unit of Distinction in 2018 and the 2 Unit in 2019.

Qualifications

Education:

Bachelors Degree in Accounting

Experience:

3-5 years accounting experience in hospital fiscal services.

CPA preferred
