SCHEDULE: Full-time

The Assistant Controller assists with all month end accounting functions and audits, cost reporting and budget processes. Service excellence and good interpersonal communication skills.

Qualifications

Education:

Requires a Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or university in Accounting/Finance. Current employees hired before 3/1/2021 are grandfathered without meeting this education requirement.

Experience:

Prefer a minimum of five to seven (5-7) years of healthcare accounting.

Skills:

Manage Finance team tasks and employee development. Validate timely and accurate completion of all finance tasks related to month end accounting functions, reconciliations, audits, cost reporting and budget processes. Competent in understanding Revenue cycle. Cirtical thinking Service excellence and good interpersonal communication skills; ability to read/comprehend written instructions, ability to follow verbal instructions, PC skills (proficient Microsoft Excel user).
