Description
As the Compensation Analyst, you will provide operational and analytical support to the Citizens Reward team and broader Human Resources (HR) Division.
Primary responsibilities include:
* Support the modeling of financial and organizational impacts of the companys compensation programs, assisting in the translation of business strategies into effective programs.
* Driving varied projects such as survey participation, evaluating external market competitiveness, internal equity analyses, incentive program evaluation and annual performance review.
* Participate in training and communications of compensation related programs.
* Responsible for conducting job analysis and preparing descriptions in standardized form.
* Utilizing HRIS system to generate queries and participating in training and communications of compensation related programs.
* Develop and document procedures to streamline processes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Providing requested information to internal HR Risk and Compliance, including documentation for quarterly compliance reviews.
* Partnering with Technology Solutions and Payroll, and participating in internal and external system testing.
* Providing administrative and operational support.
Qualifications
Experience and Skills:
* 2 or more years related experience working as a compensation, or business/systems analyst.
* Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service and interpersonal skills.
* Demonstrated critical and analytical thinking - Possesses ability to review, analyze, compare, and interpret data to draw conclusions and make recommendations. Skilled at developing the reporting and data analysis tools needed to administer reward programs. Must be well organized, detail oriented and confident to work independently as well as a strong team player.
* Aptitude for technology principles and systems - Strong knowledge of MS Excel and Access in order to create/develop reporting databases to conduct in depth data analysis/modeling. General knowledge of relational databases preferred. Demonstrates ability to translate project goals and objectives into processes.
* Proven and demonstrated customer focus Demonstrates a desire to understand customer needs, listens to what customers are saying and asks questions to gain awareness of customers goals. Develops constructive and cooperative relationships with internal customers. This includes preparing process flows, compiling technical requirements, and ensuring that data quality standards are met. Obtains agreement on any recommended changes and assesses risks and issues associated with processes
Education:
* BA/BS degree preferred. Finance / Accounting or Human Resources degree preferred

Hours per Week: 40
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8:00 - 5:00
