Description
The Home Equity Productivity and Reporting Manager is responsible for developing the reporting and analytics to constantly monitor the Home Equity workflow metrics and key performance indicators, looking for and identifying gaps in the process that can improve our application turn times, customer experience and individual performance and developing a strategy/implementation plan to close those gaps.
* Develops strategy/implementation plans for opportunities that will improve our workflow turn times, customer experience and individual performance through detailed analysis and supporting data.
* Constantly monitors metrics and looks for opportunities/gaps that would impact change across the business.
* Responsible for capturing data from multiple sources to be used in the reporting and analysis lifecycle.
* Works with cross-functional partners within the business line including operations, sales, PODs, etc. to implement efficiencies in the workflow process whether through technology or operational changes.
* Develops, automates and maintains reporting at the individual, team, group, and workflow levels that align with improvements to our workflow turn times, customer experience and various change initiatives.
* Create PowerPoint slides or decks to summarize data, trends, performance, etc for different levels of management.
* Maintain staffing models for Home Equity Operations that reflects the current workflow and is adjusted for operations efficiencies as well as volume fluctuations.
* Ability to work with Finance to understand trends with actuals and provide insight in the forecasting process.

* Bachelors preferred
* Strong analytical skills
* Must be results oriented
* Background in Operations and Analytics within the Financial Services Industry preferably Home Lending
* Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint and Excel)
* Proficiency with SQL or SAS
* Experience with process improvement techniques & methodologies (i.e. Lean Six Sigma) preferred
* Awareness with Robotic Process Automation tools (RPA) preferred
* Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to perform with general direction
* Strong Oral and Written communication skills
* Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams
