Responsibilities:

* Support the Operational Due Diligence team in its execution of the Operational Due Diligence program.
* Coordinate the third-party service provider and counterparty confirmation process globally
* Act as primary liaison for background check vendor relationships and process management with investment managers
* Act as primary liaison for media search management and the external vendor relationship on behalf of the team. This includes maintenance of and updates to relevant subjects, topics, etc.
* Maintenance, gathering and tracking of key team metrics in support of reporting to senior leadership
* Manage key MIS Data (Pipeline, Fund Review, Background Check Schedule, Meeting Notes etc)
* Assist in ad-hoc projects and reviews necessitated by current market events
* Help co-ordinate and organize external meetings with investment managers as well as recurring internal team meetings/agenda to keep the team well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities and required follow-ups
* Help maintain operational due diligence policies and procedures and enhance documentation as necessary.

Skills:

* Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities with competing deadlines
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, oral and written required
* Proactive attitude focusing on problem solving and driving efficiencies
* Must have attention to detail and accuracy
* Position may be required to travel occasionally
* Previous experience in an Administrative role (min of 5 years)
* Related experience within Financial Services and familiarity with the needs of an investment management business preferred.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite including Excel and Powerpoint
* High Ethical standards
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
