Job Description

The Senior Business Analyst is a strategic professional who closely follows latest trends in risk management processes, regulatory rules and technology infrastructure, adapts them for application within own job and the business. Excellent communication skills required in order to negotiate internally, often at a senior level. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to guide, influence and build consensus. Accountable for accurately capture business requirements for key initiatives, ensure accurate implementation through proper UAT.

The Information Technology Program Delivery Office is a function within Independent Risk Management accountable for supporting the effective delivery of the Information Technology solutions to enable risk processes. This central team works for the entire Risk Management franchise, in close partnership with owners of the risk processes and the Global Function Technology.

The scope and objectives of the Information Technology Program Delivery Office function include:

* Management and oversight of Risk Technology Investment Process and budget review for the Risk Management franchise

* End-to-end project management for the delivery of the Risk Information Technology Book of Work from review the prioritization of technology funding requests through to the production release

The Senior Business Analyst within Market/EMEA/CRO for Finance Risk IT Program Delivery Office is responsible to partner with risk managers and technology team for business requirement gathering, documentation, test case design and UAT test execution. The Senior Analyst needs to be familiar with and should be a SME (subject matter expert) in risk managers operational processes, regulatory rules, risk exposure calculation method, and the applications/systems/data used by risk management to fulfill the internal risk management activities and regulatory commitment.

Responsibilities:

* Work with risk process owners to understand their day-to-day operation and to determine the requirements to enhance and implement system functions to per business and regulatory needs.

* Review requirements from different user groups and partner with technology to evaluate the existing technology system capability

* Identify opportunities to align with firms end-to-end target infrastructure strategy

* Organize reviews with stakeholders (users, technology, risk process owners) and document requirements in the standard document template

* Articulate the requirement to technology to ensure accurate implementation

* Design test cases and execute UAT test plan to ensure project quality

* Work with project management team to ensure timely delivery of the project

Qualifications:

* 10 plus years experience

* Minimum 8 years experience within financial services

* Bachelor's Degree
