The regional A&T Product Manager is a senior level position in the Issuer Services Latam Business that is responsible for product development initiatives, alignment of processes and procedures, technology initiatives and alignment of the product offering across Latam. The overall objective of this role is to coordinate the promotion of products to develop new markets, increase share of market and obtain competitive position.
Responsibilities:
* Manage strategic product development roadmap, development, launch, and marketing to gain maximum benefit from each product
* Coordinate with product partners to develop processes and procedures that ensure product delivery is consistent while improving client experience.
* Identify opportunities to make processes more efficient.
* Create and manage the Regional Product Program and ensure that the product offering is consistent across Latam in close coordination with the local product managers
* Drive client value propositions, positioning, segmentation, pricing, targeting, channel strategies, and competitive differentiation to achieve preferred status as a partner to Citi clients
* Conduct analysis on Deposits and funds under administration to facilitate better decision taking and development of to better serve client.
* Manage client and competitor market research, develop product innovation roadmap, and address fundamental trials of product commoditization to create an advanced set of solutions
* Support Sales organization in winning new business; provide relevant data to direct sales efforts; participate in client meetings as needed.
* Lead innovation initiatives, including the digitalization strategy and electronic channels adoption; create partnerships with TTS and relevant areas to implement such solutions.
* Lead Technology development initiatives, including coordination of budget, priorization of initiatives and execution.
* Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.
Qualifications:
* 10 years of relevant experience
* Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, specialized analytics or related discipline
* Knowledge and experience with the industry, banking, and investment products
* Broad and diverse function experience in marketing, credit, acquisitions, product development and analytics
* Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements
* Ability to work unsupervised and adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate
* Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
* Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
* Excellent oral and written communication skills in Spanish and English, (Portuguese a plus)
Education:
* Bachelors degree/University degree or equivalent experience
* Masters degree preferred
