This role is a field-based position covering the West and/or Central regions with a preferred location with access to a major airport.

About the role

The Regional Marketing Manager position serves as a crucial bridge between the sales and internal marketing organization at Boston Scientific Neuromodulation across the Pain Therapies franchise. This field-based Marketing position is responsible for market development objectives within a defined geography. Regional Marketing Managers collaborate with cross-functional teams on different initiatives to help increase access, awareness and education of pain management therapies. This includes the positioning and adoption of Cognita, a comprehensive suite of digital solutions to help identify, manage and maintain patients throughout the pain management journey. This role will be responsible for working with the local sales teams to build strategic relationships with key opinion leaders in the field of pain management.

Your responsibilities include:

* Field-based Marketing for your specified region.
* Expand sales tools and programs that support raising awareness of Boston Scientifics pain therapies
* Develop and execute Market Development programs
* Coaching and Developing Field Marketing Specialists
* Creating plans for market development based on internal and external data sources
* Develop and manage education with the sales training team
* Creation of tools and collateral around market development
* Develop strategic relationships with key customers in your defined markets
* Explore and validate potential new call-points
* Bring feedback to the internal marketing team to help refine offerings and improve messaging
* Support New Business Development assessment

What were looking for in you:

* Bachelors Degree required, and MBA preferred
* 5+ years experience in medical industry
* Sales and/or Marketing management experience preferred
* Self-starter that can work independently, but understand stakeholders interests
* Excellent communication skills, including the ability to listen to physician/customer needs, prioritize needs/requirements and communicate them to cross-functional teams
* Ability to influence and coach team members
* Documented experience collaborating with cross functional teams
* Exceptional leadership, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills
* Evidence of a high level of business and clinical acumen required
* Knowledge of basic MS Office software Excel, PowerPoint
* 50% domestic travel commitment required.
