As Business report Developer II, you will design, develop and implement applications and reporting based on user requirements from business partners across Merchandising, Planning & Allocations, and Purchase Order Operations. This role is responsible for a high level of accuracy and thorough documentation.

Business Tools and Reports:

Works with users to extract and document business requirements

Composes and maintains project plans that include tasks, deliverables, development schedule, dependencies, milestones, and resource requirements

Designs, develops and implements the requested business tool or report utilizing the best platform for the project

Maintains documentation on all projects

Ensures tools and reports are validated and tested for accuracy and thoroughness

Identifies opportunities to streamline current processes and tools

Collaborative Relationships:

Maintains a reputation of accuracy, credibility, and responsiveness to others

Develops strong relationships on projects throughout the team and with internal and external partners

Education:

Bachelors Degree

Experience:

Minimum 5 years experience in application development utilizing VBA and Excel

Advanced Microsoft Excel

VBA

SQL

Experience with Microsoft Access is preferred

Experience with Merchandise systems is preferred

Skills and Abilities:

Strong proven written and verbal communication skills

Excellent organization skills and detail-orientation with the ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time.

Strong computer skills with a thorough knowledge base of Microsoft Excel and VBA

Ability to identify and apply solutions to business problems.

Ability to work independently.

Ability to adapt to a changing environment.

Ability to work nights, weekends, and overtime as necessary.
