The MILSATCOM Systems Engineering, Integration, and Test (MSEIT) effort provides leading edge Systems Engineering & Integration (SE&I) for the Air Forces Space and Missiles System Center. We support the Air Forces acquisition of state of the art Military Satellite Communications systems, providing global secure, survivable, and protected communications for our nations warfighters. AT&T has an opening for a JTEO TEST AND EVALUATION ENGINEER in Colorado Springs.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
* Collecting, reviewing, analyzing, and reporting T&E data
* Reviewing test plans and procedures and identifying gaps
* Developing test plans, detailed test procedures, and report
* Preparing/presenting briefings at senior management meetings
* Supporting ITT, Test Plan Working Groups
Required Clearance: US Citizenship and the ability to obtain a Secret clearance are required for the position
Required Qualifications:
* BA or BS degree
* Experience working with military or DoD civilian clients and managing professional relationships
* Strong interpersonal skills, communication (oral and written), and presentation skills
* Capable in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
* 10+ years demonstrated experience in satellite terminal requirement verification
* 10+ years test and evaluation experience with DoD/USAF test processes and documentation
* 5+ Data analysis/data collection
Desired Qualifications:
* BS degree in engineering, math, or physics,
* Professional certifications (INCOSE, CISSP, IEEE)
* Experience with government test and evaluation, Space and Missile Center; MILSATCOM, and Joint Interoperability Test Command
* Ability to learn new satellite communications systems
* Experience/knowledge with ICDs
* 5+ years experience in DoD SATCOM
* 5+ years experience with ground systems, such as terminals and networks
* Active Secret or TS or TS/SCI
