Manage Operational Reporting team that supports Mortgage Operations organization. Provide succinct reporting and operational insights to Senior Leadership that is used in support of short and long-term strategic objectives.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Set the vision and direction for Operational Reporting Analysts that align with the Truist purpose and core values while providing routine feedback on performance and promoting development.
2. Identify opportunities within Operations to provide analysis and recommendations to leadership team in a clear, concise way that is easily understood in non-technical terms.
3. Collaborate with Operations, Sales, and Finance to develop and maintain an interaction model that supports strong business health through the monitoring of key performance metrics.
4. Serve as a consultant to the business by maintaining an in-depth knowledge of business practices and priorities.
5. Establish short and long term goals for Operational Reporting with the intent of positively impacting business performance and challenging current thinking.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:

1. Seven or more years of experience in Operational Reporting, Analytics, Process Engineering or other related discipline.
2. Five years management experience.
3. Bachelor's Degree.
4. Knowledge of Mortgage Operations.
5. Experience with analytical tools and ability to mentor those skills.
6. Strong communication skills with proven ability of preparing Executive-level presentations.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Five years of experience in Mortgage industry.
2. Knowledge of Empower system and data capabilities.
3. Familiarity with Mortgage lifecycle and key process stages.
