Complete special projects and perform a variety of assignments within assigned Business Unit to assist department(s) in reaching goals that help intern learn about the financial services industry.
The Opportunity
The Truist Financial Services Enterprise Internship is a unique development and application experience, providing an opportunity to assess your interest and aptitude for a career in financial services.
You will learn about the financial services industry in general, the Truist organization, and the unique ways each division contributes to our enterprise. Interns will also gain general banking acumen, experience our Truist culture, and play a meaningful role in supporting corporate goals through a business unit experience and project. You will also have the opportunity to expand your leadership, communication, and collaboration skills. Our internship offers exposure to senior leaders, and a support network of mentors and peers.
What to Expect
Education, Experience and Exposure
* Education: Financial services industry, general banking acumen, and leadership training.
* Experience: Work on business projects in any area of the enterprise. Examples are Audit Services, Financial Management, Marketing, Human Resources and Risk Management.
* Exposure: Unique exposure to senior leaders, peers, mentors and teammates within the bank.
