Your Future Team
AIGs Enterprise Resiliency organization is responsible for preparing AIG businesses for the loss of personnel, facilities, and technology by following pre-defined management approved policies and standards. The Enterprise Resiliency program partners with Security, Technology, our Businesses, and other support functions to respond to disruptive events and to help restore both technology and business process capabilities within predetermined timeframes. The resiliency strategies focus on detailed plans and operating procedures for those processes required for the financial and operational health of AIG and its clients.
Your Contributions
* Subject Matter Expert (SME) representing Enterprise Resiliency who will facilitate regional governance for Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery programs
* Deliver all guidance, training, and QA for development of resiliency strategies and plan documents to respective Business Continuity Coordinators / Disaster Recovery Coordinators
* Facilitate resiliency exercises to validate solutions and plans have been adequately tested and gaps are identified and tracked until remediation is complete
* Ensure all Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Coordinators are adhering to Enterprise Resiliency policies and standards and compliance obligations
* Participate in regional audits and regulatory reviews as required
What we are looking for
* 2+ years of related experience in Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, Incident Management, Risk, Controls, Operations, Facilities or Technology-related discipline
* Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience with industry-recognized Professional Certification (preferred)
* Experience with leading and implementing projects and working with cross-functional teams
* Possess working knowledge of technologies relevant to responsibilities, with a strong understanding of driving analytics and reporting
* Good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills; can work well with others; proactive and eager to provide assistance when there is a potential incident
* Be available during off hours and willing to travel to regional facilities as necessary
