Responsibilities

Support the implementation of Linear Traffic & Billing applications or enhancements to existing systems, involving the analysis of user department requirements and the formation of recommended solutions. Assist departments with the definition of new system requirements. Develop & execute system testing plans to assure expected results as defined by the specifications. Responds to reported system problems, troubleshoots and resolves issues effectively, giving the needed priority and communicating professionally with those affected. Maintains daily operation and system uptime. Administer and provide operational support for the linear order entry system. Develop test plans and perform unit, system and integration testing.

Responsibilities to include developing business requirements and system integration plans. Participate in all of Software Development Life Cycle, starting from requirements, design, maintenance, enhancement, and administration. Perform quality assurance tests for ensuring data integrity across multiple systems. Interact with business teams to understand project requirements. Assist in identifying process improvements for application performance, reliability and stability. Perform troubleshooting and analysis to assess root cause of data issues in a timely manner. Prepares documentation in support of SOX quarterly and semi-annual reviews.

Qualifications

* BA Degree preferred
* Knowledge of EclipsePlusor XG and Strata Suite (TIM, Cablepost, VIEW32, Cablezone Maintenance).
* Experience in media and advertising including linear television and digital and/or social media.
* Experience with advertising automation preferred.
* Self-motivated, organized and deadline-driven with the ability manage and support multiple projects simultaneously
* Outstanding communication skills, and in particular theability to convert complex ideas into simple messages; Excellent written and verbal skills with meticulous attention to detail.
