Job Summary:
The Sr SAP Security and GRC Analyst is primarily responsible for the design, build, test and implementation of security solutions that enable the business community to achieve their goals and objectives, while providing proper control. This position works directly with business analysts, project team members, and business users to translate functional requirements into technical specifications, which are further utilized to facilitate the full implementation life cycle. As a senior member of the security team, the associate will have the opportunity to lead and coach junior staff, onshore and offshore, learn aspects of the business, and support in all SAP and integrated systems for production and non-production environments. The ability to analyze, design, test and implement security controls, which enable the business community to achieve their goals and objectives, is critical to the success of this role.
Requirements:
6-8 years in SAP Security Design, Implementation and Administration experience required
Highly experienced in the SAP Security and GRC space providing technical oversight and best practice guidance and strong experience in SAP ECC, BW/BI, BEX Portal, Business Objects, HANA Database, Hybris, BPC, CRM, PROS, Solution Manager, and GRC systems
Effectively communicate and provide guidance to offshore SAP Security resources, overseeing their day to day activities.
SAP/GRC Certifications in SAP Security is a plus
Roles and Responsibilities:
SAP Security
Involve in SAP security implementation and rollout projects for Airgas entities, guide business and project resources on SAP security role design, layout out effective security design, develop security roles based on Airgas standards, develop test strategy and support go-live.
Develop procedures and guidelines that are efficient and focused on the quality of the process or end-state deliverable.
Work with change management and business readiness teams to follow standard Airgas procedures.
Maintain/support security roles and configuration for SAP ECC, BW, BPC, BOBJ, HANA, Enterprise portal and Fiori.
Audit
Strong understanding of Audit Controls and dependency on information security management principles.
Capture quarterly and annual control evidence and ensure there are no control deficiencies.
Work with the Compliance & Controls team, internal and external auditors to support risk management, compliance, and audit queries.
License Management
Properly identify and tag SAP roles/users with appropriate License Types
Facilitate SAP licensing audits using the License Administrators Workbench and other tools.
Experience working with LMBI for SAP Business Objects License Measurement
GRC
Support SAP GRC 12.0 suite for access management, risk analysis, role management and emergency access functionality.
Support GRC12.0 integration with SAP satellite applications like SAP ECC, BW, BPC, BOBJ, HANA, Enterprise portal and Fiori.
Support for Web based and mobile based Fiori interface for GRC applications.
Connect newly onboarded SAP and non-SAP applications to SAP GRC for access, role, firefighter, and access risk management.
Troubleshoot GRC configuration and workflow issues, maintain GRC master data for approvers, roles, and users.
Maintain SAP GRC ruleset to include newly created custom transaction code and new SAP applications.
Create/update roles using SAP GRC Business Role Management module.
Suggest/implement process improvements if any that can be leveraged in GRC AC 12.0,deploy Fiori apps and configuration, etc.
Production Support
Help on-board new resources and clean-up access when users are no longer on the project.
Monitor iSupport tickets in queue and complete processing in a timely manner to ensure SLA are met.
Work with functional and technical teams to address security questions, troubleshoot issues with security objects and implement appropriate solutions.
Create and maintain detailed security documentation, policies & procedures including segregation of duties
Provide on-call support on a rotating basis
Coordinate and lead in the development and execution of system conversions
Provide weekend support when required to support acquisitions and projects
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in management information systems, computer science, and/or business, or equivalent work experience.
SAP/GRC technical certifications a plus
Security implementation for S/4 HANA a plus
Minimum 6 years experience in SAP v4.6, ECC 5.0/6.0 environments, SAP Security design, analysis, configuration and implementation
Minimum 4 years experience with SAP GRC 12.0 implementation and support
Experience designing and administering ECC, BW/BI, Business Objects, HANA database & BPC Security
Experience reviewing and managing system transports
Proven experience working with internal and external audit
Excellent written and oral communications skills; ability to lead discussions, present ideas to audiences of all sizes, and interact with all levels of the organization
Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail
Ability and flexibility to quickly learn new applications and software, lead teams and work independently
Demonstrates organization, time management, and project estimating skills
Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines, both as an individual contributor and as a team member
Proven ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously, with attention to detail and closure
Must be committed to provide a high level of customer service
Demonstrates the highest standards of professional behavior in dealing with clients, colleagues and staff
Willingness and ability to travel as required
