Job Description
As a Senior Advisor within Specialty Quality Assurance team you will be responsible for ensuring that projects belonging to Novologix application are delivered of high quality and on time. You will be responsible for ensuring that QA processes are followed diligently while executing a project. You will play a vital role in the execution of strategic projects by collaborating with project stakeholders (PO, Business Owners, Clients), leading discussions and showcasing the value QA adds to the project. You will also play an active role in mentoring team members, monitor the projects executed by them and guide them to be successful.

Required Qualifications
10+ Years of experience in creating testing strategies (End to End) for projects following iterative and agile methodologies
10+ Years of experience of implementing various automation framework based on keyword, data-driven and BDD approach
10+ Years of experience in building automation framework using Selenium and its implementation across large organization
Expert in QA methodology and principles, tools, processes, and metrics.
Solid knowledge of software and hardware systems and a solid understanding of the potential use of technology solutions in a business environment.
Advanced knowledge of the software development life cycle and methodologies such as Scrum, Agile and iterative development. QA tools such as ALM, Rally, JIRA
10+ Years of experience of QA Automation tools/technology and concepts, Selenium.
Strong delegation skills involving prioritizing and managing projects of various size and complexity.

Preferred Qualifications
Job duties include but not limited to:
10+ Years of experience of QA Automation tools/technology and concepts, Selenium, Gherkin, Cucumber, Jenkins
Orchestrate the team to deliver quality software to production every single time. Oversee and manage testing effort to successfully and consistently deliver high-quality software products within budget and schedule.
Ensure QA best practices are exercised consistently. In the process provide direction to the staff for the development of test plans, test schedule, estimates, and detailed test cases to ensure adequate test coverage.
Own demand planning and management. Balance deployment of resources as necessary to support priorities.
Build stakeholder relationships. Manage expectations and communicating effectively with business units, IT cross-functional teams, Project Management and other support staff.
Ensure risks are timely identified and mitigated through proactive risk planning
Drive automation strategy to meet agile and scrum project commitments. Always improve adoption of automation techniques in testing and build an automated regression pipeline thats kept current .
Lead or participate in continuous improvement initiatives or best practices to identify and implement tools and utilities that enhance testing capabilities and product quality

Education
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience required
One additional year of experience is required for each year of college not attained.
