Looking for an enthusiastic Sr. Manager, Pharmacy Innovation.

This person plays a critical role in furthering the mission of CVS Healths Transformation team.

This broader groups mission is to find new and innovative ways to meet the needs of our consumers. In our new health care model, were pioneering a bold new approach to total health with innovations that not only help people get well, but help them stay well.

The Senior Manager, Pharmacy Innovation provides deep healthcare customer engagement and experience expertise.

The individual will be responsible for developing solutions that transform the consumer health experience, connecting people to care locally, through our retail channel. Through both physical and virtual interactions, this team will provide convenient, personalized and integrated access to health care support and services

Required Qualifications
8-10 years prior relevant work related experience
Bachelor's Degree

Preferred Qualifications
Proven leader with experience leading complex product development operations and planning collaboration with Finance, IT and other enabling functions.
Demonstrated ability to lead transformative Healthcare initiatives, detailing business cases, success measures and tracking methodology
History of leading complex projects involving multiple matrixed workgroups across a large endeavour/organization
Well versed in virtual care, telahealth, integrated healthcare, CVS Health business or other comparable experience.
Exceptional influencing and cross-functional leadership skills with highest level of effectiveness in a matrixed complex organization.
Demonstrated enterprise operations experience leveraging significant financial investments and capital plans.
Demonstrated ability to build teams and develop direct, indirect, and non report talent.
Experience and ability to communicate to all levels of employees.
Proven analytics skills ability to generate insights from complex analytics.
Strong communicator, both verbal and written, with executive presence and the ability to influence across functions and at all levels of an organization

Education
Bachelor's Degree Required
Master's Degree Preferred
