Job Description
The Enterprise Strategy team is responsible for helping steward the development of CVS Healths long term strategy and associated priorities, connecting each business unit to those priorities, exploring white space opportunities, and coordinating resources across businesses to accelerate existing revenue streams.

The Advisor, Enterprise Strategic Growth CVS Caremark will support the growth aspirations of the CVS Caremark business specifically, while collaborating with counterparts across the broader Enterprise Strategy team to holistically assess opportunities and risks across our extensive and diverse portfolio of assets.

Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Partner with cross-functional teams to support the development and execution of CVS Caremarks long-term strategy and strategic initiatives
2. Research key competitors and potential sources of disruption; structure disparate ideas, concepts, and trends into concrete and actionable observations and recommendations
3. Support the business management processes to ensure coordination and alignment of resources across the business, supporting both short-and long-term strategic growth objectives and other project management activities
4. Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to evaluate new market opportunities and develop associated business cases and recommendations for senior executives
5. Support special projects that impact the entire organization and/or key business-unit partners, with a demonstrated experience in generating strategy or change initiatives
6. Evaluate key organizational questions to ensure our company is best positioned to deliver on our commitments to customers, clients, and shareholders

Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in dynamic, fast-moving profession; related experience within management consulting, corporate development, financial analysis, public policy, product development, mergers and acquisitions, or similar role(s)
Demonstrated ability to actively listen, empathize, and communicate effectively; ability to influence internal and external partners
Comfortable in a matrixed, highly collaborative environment
Demonstrated ability to simplify complex problems and concepts, comfortable in ambiguity

Preferred Qualifications
Working knowledge of payor, provider, and product segments of the industry, with a growth mindset to further develop expertise
Commitment to deepening expertise across the healthcare industry
Comfort with managing competing priorities, able to quickly shift gears

Education
BA/BS degree required
MBA preferred
