* Assist in development and testing of new business processes, capabilities, and, as appropriate, their supporting technologies

Responsibilities
* Assist in analysis and documentation of as-is capabilities about business processes, people, technology, etc.
* Assist in development and testing of new business processes, capabilities, and, as appropriate, their supporting technologies
* Develop deployment deliverables (communications, training, etc.)
* Perform application design activities (e.g., writing functional designs and user stories), portions of technology architecture and infrastructure design activities and portions of technology build, test and deployment
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
* Currently pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in a relevant subject area with an expected graduation date between December 2021 and August 2022
* Minimum overall GPA of 3.0
* Located in the Chicago area
Preferred Qualifications
* Accenture CIO Analysts are forward-thinking, well-rounded people with a record of outstanding academic performance and high learning agility. Were looking for individuals who can work in an open and entrepreneurial way.
* Preferred Majors: Business, Computer Science / Computer Engineering, Engineering, Information Sciences, Decision Sciences
* Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
* Any experience in creating user stories, functional design, and requirement gathering.

* Fascination with how new technologies can solve problems and create opportunities
* A track record of outstanding academic performance
* Eagerness to contribute in a team-oriented environment
* Personal drive, curiosity, and an eagerness to learn new skills
* Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
* Capable of quickly establishing credibility with senior-level leaders; should be polished, confident and able to clearly articulate a point of view
* .NET, SQL, and/or SAP knowledge and/or working experience
* Programming knowledge or experience
* Software Development Life Cycle knowledge
* Productivity Tool proficiency (Microsoft Office suite, MS project, MS Access knowledge)
* Excellent knowledge of entire the MS Office Suite and outstanding Excel skills (pivot tables, macros, etc.)
* Demonstrated leadership in professional setting; either military or civilian
* Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian
Job Requirements
* Must complete 10-12 week virtual summer analyst program in Chicago office (beginning in June and ending in August.)
