You Are:
Solution Architecture professionals translate client requirements into solutions that will create value for Accenture and our clients. They are master craftsmen using all tools in the arsenal, Solution Planners use their robust delivery skills, deep understanding of the competitive landscape and unparalleled knowledge of Accenture offerings to create win/win solutions for our clients and Accenture. Sales understanding and financial acumen allow them to empower our clients with creative solutions and advocate Accenture offerings within the market and our business.

The Work:

* This role is to help lead the Cloud Migration and Modernization SA team across North America
* Cloud Migration and Modernization includes helping customers across the 7 Rs of the cloud migration and modernization journey
* The role is a client-facing role interfacing directly with our clients during our largest opportunities and co-develop a winning application migration & modernization solution based on the clients business drivers.
* Role includes on-boarding, building and managing a team of cloud migration and modernization solution architects on the new ways of working and taking a holistic approach towards cloud migration and modernization
* Requires extensive focus on standardization of the solution principles and models for cloud migration and modernization
* On large deals, the role will require active involvement in defining our strategy and solution for cloud migration and modernization to increase our win probability
* Active collaboration with the sales and delivery teams to ensure that we drive towards higher win ratios
* Leverage the broader ecosystem to bring in accelerators to increase the solution efficiency
* Required to able to anchor and manage the interface with the IT stakeholders to be able to convince them of the application modernization solution
* Migration and Modernization solution team is part of the Cloud First Solutioning organization

For now, all Accenture business travel, international and domestic, is currently restricted to client-essential sales/delivery activity only.

Qualifications

Here's What You Need:

* Minimum of 7 years' experience co-developing complex solution with Clients.
* Minimum of 7 years' experience in solutions around infrastructure and application support, application development, testing, cloud native development
* Minimum of 7 years' experience of participating in large/ complex cloud deals
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associates Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)

Professional Skills Requirement:

* In-depth knowledge and expertise in cloud migration modernization
* Required to be well informed on technology trends and be able to keep oneself updated on new technologies
* Ability to collaboratively work across the ecosystem including sales, delivery and other teams
* Ability to manage a team across North America
