Job Summary:
Must be highly efficient in translating the vision of the Quality Assurance Program and ensuring requirements of the Quality Standards are understood and being met.
Develop standardized practices, procedures and processes to ensure all contractual specifications are met or exceeded and to comply with all governmental regulations; Federal and state laws and regulations to include OSHA, and HazCom requirements.
Minimum 8 hours a day, 5 days / week. This position may require more hours based on additional responsibilities or emergencies.
Essential Duties:
Under the direction of the Site Director, develop, coordinate, supervise, and implement all strategic plans and/or systems used to improve and maintain the Quality Control program
Conduct daily on-site, Quality Assurance Inspections in compliance with contractual specifications and customers expectation. With reports to shift managers and senior leadership
Implement Quality Assurance Corrective Guidelines and conduct In-Service Trainings, to ensure that all direct labor staff are fully trained and adhering to the Quality Control program. In addition, develop and implement a Quality Assurance corrective plan-of-action, to guide and assist managers in achieving high quality performing accounts, to meet and/or exceed the SOW, Cleaning Industry Guidelines as stated under the Quality Assurance Program, Green Cleaning Program, and Safety Program Procedures
Leverage technology and visual aids to help facilitate and assimilate staff to the training materials. Conduct training across all shifts and in different settings to include: work sites, classroom settings, mobile crews and as assigned
Conduct research studies, to continuously develop and improve existing Training Curricula and to stay abreast of new technologies and Industry Safety and QC standards
To become the subject matter expert on Safety, Training and the Quality Control standards
Minimum Requirements
Education / Training Bachelors degree or equivalent, preferred but not required. Training in the cleaning industry or building management field is preferred.
Job Knowledge / Experience Previous cleaning experience is required. Previous supervisory experience strongly desired but not required.
License(s) Clean and Valid State drivers license.
Language / Communication Requirements Must be able to read, write and speak English. Spanish literacy skills desired but not required. Must possess good interpersonal skills.
Writing Skills Must be able to write basic business documents in English.
Candidate must carry themselves with a professional demean that represents the company well, as they will be a point of contact for the building management staff.
Must be able to motivate and train staff to carry out their job duties.
Previous Learning and Development Training Experience is a plus.
