The IT Systems Lead is responsible to develop, manage and ensure compliance of the AbbVie Biologics Singapore (ABS) computerized systems and system documentation while maintaining an organizational structure capable of meeting both the immediate and long-term objectives under his/her responsibility. Position serves as liaison between local plant stakeholders and Global IT functions in the successful delivery of key projects.
Responsibilities:
* Establish site BTS strategy with the IT Manager/Director and lead Systems (Applications) team to meet delivery expectations.
* Understand regulations and business processes to ensure systems documentation (not limited to system administration, user training, validation deliverables) and computerized systems (IT/OT) are compliant with Abbvie SLC process, data integrity and data security policies and applicable regulatory requirements.
* Act as key point of technical contact for business and translate business requirements into functional requirements specifications, workflows and identifies cross-functional dependencies to drive continuous systems enhancements and improvements.
* Responsible for performing IT/OT systems and systems integration change impact, risk assessment.
* SME for regulatory audits including liaison with global compliance teams or system owners for any IT audit requests (including infrastructure requests).
* Responsible for manufacturing systems related administration activities (not limited to system configuration, user access administration, performance monitoring, periodic reviews and downtime management).
* Accountable for prioritization, escalation and timely resolution systems issues, be on call as needed and/or elevate to Global IT or external vendors as appropriate. (Includes systems root cause analysis, development of solution proposals, and establishing use cases from business through Digital means).
* Responsible for the organization, training, development and supervision of IT resources.
* Manage system projects plans, deliverables and schedules, cost estimates and change plans to ensure successful system deployment and upgrades within established goals.
* Researches and provide best practice recommendations with a focus on end-to-end system capabilities and using technologies to drive productivity, connectivity and data intelligence on the shopfloor execution processes.
* Assure fulfillment of Environment, health and safety requirements and compliance obligations, promote continuous improvement and consider EHS aspects during design and change process.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
* University Degree in Computing/Manufacturing/Engineering or related fields
* Minimum 3-5 years' experience in leading IT projects with a combination of 5 years of relevant experience in regulated manufacturing industry, manufacturing systems support, data integrity and security knowledge, system architecture and administration.
* Experience with SAP/MES systems, preferably with POMSnet MES but not a must.
* Ability to work across organizational regional and global boundaries, ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a cross-divisional and cross-functional environment
* Demonstrated project management experience.
* Self-motivated and able to work in a high pace environment
* Strong written and verbal English proficiency.
