Job Title: Specialist, Change Management and Communications
Purpose Statement:
The Change Management and Communications Specialist is responsible for supporting HR Operations change management, communication and supporting the training team's efforts as assigned. This includes but is not limited to change management planning, communication strategy and execution, meeting coordination and partnering with end users to drive understanding of the HRConnect model.
Major Responsibilities:
Development and execution of change management strategies in support of HRConnect integration project efforts, including consistent and integrated change management, communications and training plans.
Support integration related change and communications for People, Process and Technology for HRConnect globally
Support programs related to stakeholder engagement, communication, change readiness and training.
Ensures all change management, communication and training deliverables are in alignment with AbbVie branding guidelines; formats/packages and organizes assets prior to delivery.
Ability to write and edits engaging and visually appealing communications in support of related projects and targeted process area coordinating with Associate Director Communications and Change Management, where needed
Works with Associate Director Communications and Change Management to identify and pursue related initiatives that will improve internal communications, promote employee engagement, and support/promote company culture and shared values.
Leverage available metrics and reports to identify Change Management opportunities to better support and drive model adoption and improve collaboration.
Manage to consistently meet or exceed our internal stakeholder (employee, manager, BHRs and business leadership) expectations

The Change Management and Communications Specialist will be accountable to the Associate Director of Communications and Change Management. The key impact of this role is to ensure meaningful, impactful communication to drive the effectiveness of the HRConnect model.
A Bachelor's degree preferably in Communications, Journalism, Business Management or related function.
3+ years of experience and proficiency in developing and delivering communication and change management programs
Effective verbal and written communication skills that support building strong partnerships.
Proven ability to adapt communication style for a variety of modes as well as for multicultural audiences.
Excellent employee engagement and communication skills
Critical thinking and analytical skills with an attention to detail.
Problem-solving skills, with an ability to anticipate needs and solve problems proactively.
