Essential job responsibilities:

* Be the SME in regard to enterprise level solutions including analytics, personalization and DMP solutions.
* Be the Subject Matter Expert in regard to web data analytics solutions as well as digital marketing practices.
* Strategize at enterprise level for what concerns architectural data solutions, data that needs to be collected at order and user level, and how to work in sync with company data lake.
* Design and implement effective solutions and models to store and retrieve front-end and back-end data.
* Examine and identify structural necessities by evaluating client operations, applications, and programming.
* Assess implementation procedures to ensure they align with internal and external regulations.
* Create, maintain, and curate standardized as well ad-hoc reports to provide ongoing data and insights for internal partners.
* Work with the Digital Experience team and partners to ensure the highest quality and integrity of digital analytics data
* Perform analytics administration including account, dashboard, and segmentation maintenance.
* Create tracking codes to measure internal and external marketing campaigns.
* Write and update libraries to ensure proper tracking on the analytics suite.

Training responsibilities:

* Complete all assigned and required training satisfactorily and on time
* For people managers, ensure your associates attend and complete all required trainings satisfactorily and on time.



Minimum requirements:

Education and Experience (in years):

* Bachelors degree in Information Architecture, Computer Science, or related field with 12+ years of related work experience OR Masters degree in field with 8+ years of related work experience OR Doctoral degree in field with 5+ years of work experience.
* 3-5+ years of web analytics experience.
* Extended studies, certifications and specialization in analytics, data mining and AI a plus.



Knowledge and skills:

* Sophisticated proficiency in enterprise analytics platforms.
* Very detail oriented with strong organization skills to lead multiple projects and reporting requests.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with strong business judgment and the ability to present analysis in a clear and compelling manner
* Experience with large marketing data sets, Data Warehousing and Visualization tools
* Excellent verbal, written, presentation skills with the ability to facilitate and communicate upwards and across the organization.
* Advanced MS Excel and MS PowerPoint Skills.
* Self-motivated, self-starter, able to independently execute with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment with constantly evolving priorities.
* The ability to both give and receive constructive feedback.
* Experience with Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Target (Test and Target) a plus.
* Experience delivering customer focused online commerce experiences.
* Ability to tailor communication style and level of detail to various internal and external audiences.
* Capability to drive alignment of partners across organizational lines.
* Ability to impact and influence without authority.
* Excellent interpersonal skills to build positive working relationships.
* Bring your own convictions to the story (not just the synthesis of others convictions).
* Talent to synthesize disparate feedback into common trends and action items.
