Job Description

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Responsible for delivering regularly occurring business reports, new requests for data & analytics, and validation of data accuracy
* Where there are data integrity issues, the candidate will be responsible for resolving specific inaccuracies, as well as helping to drive resolution of systemic issues that result in the perpetuation of data inaccuracies.
* Be an innovation advocate for opportunities to improve the delivery of data to stakeholders through dashboard creation and automation
* Provide data analytics that incorporate data visualization and help drive compelling stories for continuous improvement opportunities and business development
* Lead opportunities to improve analytic capabilities, tooling and data accuracy
* Incorporate predictive modeling into analytic capabilities to help drive growth and scalability within the organization
* Proactively work with key stakeholders and project teams to identify and develop data reporting & analytics, which will be used to make business decisions, identify opportunities for improvement, measure success and drive sustainment
* Prepare, maintain, and present monthly updates, action plans, and status reports for leadership reviews
* Ensure effective communications with stakeholders, using a variety of tools and channels
* Work independently and complete basic problem solving

TRAINING RESPONSIBILITIES: (REQUIRED)

* Complete all assigned and required training satisfactorily and on time

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Education and Experience (in years):

* Bachelors degree in field with 3-5 years of related work experience

Knowledge and Skills

* Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
* Experience with analyzation of organizational metrics, success measures and KPIs
* Experience using data to identify and drive problem solving efforts for operational improvements
* Proven ability to adapt to change, manage and prioritize work, and communicate effectively in a remote work environment
* Proven ability to quickly build trusted relationships across an organization, from SMEs up to Directors, and peers outside of the organization
* Experience using Business software including MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word), and Conferencing Applications (MS Teams, Zoom)
* Experience utilizing data analytics tools (PowerBI, Tableau, Einstein Analytics, Python, ) to analyze and visualize data reporting
* Familiar with maintaining and reporting against database platforms (SAP, Salesforce, )
* Ability to learn quickly and pick up tools, systems, and processes in a short amount of time
* Experience participating in or leading continuous improvement activities, utilizing structured continuous improvement methodologies (Six Sigma, Problem Solving, Kaizen, and Gemba Walks)

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:

* Relevant industry certifications
* 3-5 years experience working in an FDA regulated Environment. Medical device or pharmaceutical preferred.
