OVERVIEW
Do you desire to own a growing business and lead a collaborative team? If so, this is probably the role for you. We are looking for a Senior Marketing Associate to lead the frozen meals portfolio across innovation, renovation, Holistic Margin Management (HMM), and Strategic Revenue Management (SRM) on a portfolio that primarily serves K-12 students. You will own the business - everything from stewarding the current portfolio, to long term, strategic, cross-business initiatives such as the recyclability glidepath.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
* Lead Innovation, Renovation and SRM strategies to ensure robust and relevant 12Q Flow
* Activate HMM strategy for business and ensures pipeline of ideas to achieve targets
* Partner with Channel Marketing, Sales and Consumer Market Intelligence to identify opportunities for growth
* Lead cross-functional team to execute with excellence across packaging and product projects from idea to commercialization
* Leads PEAK processes for the business Portfolio Management Review, Demand Review and Launch to Win
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
* Bachelor's Degree
* At least 2 years related business experience
* Strong project management skills: ability to manage and prioritize across multiple projects and project teams
* Organizational skills with attention to detail & accuracy
* Ability to lead and collaborate with cross functional teams
* Demonstrated ability to effectively build team relationships, especially across functions.
* Critical thinking skills to identify and elevate opportunities/risks across projects and work to help team achieve goals
* Strong PC Skills (Excel, Powerpoint) and preferred familiarity with GMI systems (Essbase, ECLIPS, GMI Cube, Sharepoint)
