What You’ll Contribute

Drive project delivery within the CFO organization and across various functions including GTS, PTO, Sales, Legal, Procurement, Professional Services and Scores.
Lead cross-functional project teams by prioritizing and coordinating all aspects of project execution to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Familiarity across certain business processes such as Procure to Pay and Quote to Cash as well as various system components including workflows, application features, database concepts, data and reporting.
Manage and motivate project teams to ensure efficiency and effectiveness while meeting project objectives.
Achieve well-executed change management by working closely with business sponsors, stakeholders and functional owners as needed to ensure well-defined business cases, strategies and project plans. Communicate status and issues to senior management and stakeholders as needed.
Build trusted relationships with a broad spectrum of stakeholders from senior executive to support desk. Leveraging these relationships effectively to validate assumptions, acquire useful information, negotiate among competing objectives, resolve issues, manage change, agree to direction and achieve consensus.
Monitor overall progress and use of resources on projects, and initiate corrective action where necessary.

What We’re Seeking

Bachelor's degree in related field.
Experience in managing and tracking large, cross functional projects including process reengineering, system configuration and implementation type initiatives.
Experience with technology components such as network, application, database and server level concepts.
Technical project delivery with a firm understanding of SaaS vs. hosted environments and solutions.
PMP Certification.
Understanding of software development methodology leading Agile and SaaS project implementations.
Strong client management experience.
