Job Summary:
The Sports Brand Solutions group is a team of experts that provide creative marketing sponsorship and integration opportunities across ESPNs vast content portfolio. The team is responsible for the sponsorship process including, but not limited to, strategy, ideation, and execution.
The primary function of the team is to generate and maximize revenue across our robust multimedia programming, working closely with Disney Ad Sales, ESPN Production/Programming, and Advertisers.
The Coordinator, Sports Brand Solutions, will be responsible for supporting our sponsorship business specifically for The Undefeated, ESPYS, UFC, Tennis, X Games, Spelling Bee, Boxing, Motorsports, NHL and select special initiatives.
Responsibilities:
* The primary role will be to work with various internal teams to schedule and book on-air and digital/social sponsorships for all programming related to The Undefeated, ESPYS, UFC, Tennis, X Games, Spelling Bee, Boxing, Motorsports, NHL and select special initiatives. This includes but is not limited to Live Event Programming, Studio Shows, Digital/Social Handles.
* The Coordinator will play a key role in creating and maintaining grids for each property to ensure proper allocation for each program and all digital/social sponsorship.
* Ultimately, the responsibilities will be to keep order and process across all sponsorship efforts, streamlining all areas of the business from pitch through execution.
Basic Qualifications:
* Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, GoogleDocs
* Highly organized, time management skills, ability to multi-task
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Team player with the desire to do whatever it takes
* Willingness to work flexible hours and/or occasional travel
Preferred Qualifications:
* 1+ year of marketing or sponsorship preferred
Required Education
* Bachelor's Degree
