The basic purpose is to move trailers from the yard to the loading dock and loading dock to yard
Pay: This role is $18 per hour!

Essential Duties:
-Communicate with Dispatcher/Router for truck/trailer and door assignments
-Keep assigned equipment coupled
-Move trailers between buildings as directed by Router or Warehouse Supervisor
-Load, unload or merge loads between environments
-Stage shuttle trailers nightly for shuttle drivers
-Set up trailers for backhaul with tractor and empty pallets
-Place backhauls in correct door to be unloaded by warehouse
-Make sure all equipment is paired and ready for next day's deliveries.
-Work with mechanics nightly
-Must attend all required company meetings.
All other duties as assigned.
Essential Requirements:
Education/Training: HSD or GED required. Must possess a valid CDL A license.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Must be at least 21 years of age. Must have 3 years clean driving record with no DUI convictions. Must be able to pass DOT physical. Must be able to perform all job functions safely. Must be able to work the scheduled/assigned times and required overtime for the position. Must be able to perform coupling procedures for the Tractor/Trailer. Must be able to work Sunday through Thursday shift from 7 pm until finished
