POSITION SUMMARY

The Human Resources Consultant is responsible for providing human resources support for the facility, which includes serving as internal consultant by analyzing a company's current HR programs and recommending solutions.

Qualifications

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's Degree in business administration or related field is preferred; Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.

Experience: A minimum of five (5) years experience in human resources, preferably in a health care setting; or any combination of education, training or experience in a hospital business office. Strong Knowledge of CA Labor Laws and Employee Relations

Additional Requirements: Ability to work occasional overtime and flexible hours as requested.

Assist with additional projects as requested
