Responsibilities

Under the supervision of the Clinical Services Director, the Therapist provides individual, family, and group therapy to meet caseload requirements for patients. Responsible for developing and writing admission assessments, treatment plans, and discharge summaries within established time frames and formats. Is a liaison with families, outside agencies, and referral sources. Responsible for assessment, design, structure, and implementation of therapy services to best meet the needs of patients and families.

Cedar Ridge is a behavioral health facility that encompasses a 116-bed acute psychiatric hospital and residential treatment center for children and adolescents on a beautifully wooded campus with a stocked pond, school, outdoor courtyard and playground. Cedar Ridge at Bethany is a 60-bed psychiatric hospital offering adult behavioral health programs and treatment services. We are owned by Universal Health Services. Qualifications

* Must be a licensed Masters level therapist or social worker (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) or under supervision for license.
* Must have prior experience working with a psychiatric mental health population, preferably in an in-patient setting.
