San Marcos Treatment Center is located on 63 acres in the Texas hill country and is known nationwide with programming for children and adolescents in a residential treatment setting.

This position is on the front lines of treatment for the children in our care. Providing a safe and therapeutic environment is the primary responsibility to include implementation of the daily program schedule. As a member of the clinical team, accurate clinical and administrative documentation is required as well as communication with co-workers, supervisors and other team members regarding patient care and safety concerns.

Minimum Requirements

Ability to maintain confidentiality Mental and Emotional Maturity Ability to manage physically aggressive and self-abusive behaviors (CPI training provided) Ability to maintain therapeutic boundaries with patients Role model interaction, problem-solving methodology, accountability and respect for others Minimum 21yrs of age High School diploma or GED (minimum requirement) Must attend New Hire Orientation / training Must successfully complete all required training as mandated by TDFPS
