Positions in this function create and deliver high quality system solutions for our applications, products and services across all technology functions. They consult with users and technology specialists to define business processes and the information systems for supporting those processes. Individuals in these roles may perform analysis and also serve as business liaisons to understand and refine business requirements. They provide technical support in developing systems that are cost effective and meet users' requirements. This function works to create systems that work together in a cohesive manner, enforcing standards and methods consistently across the enterprise. Roles may support both current system improvements and maintenance along with new system development.

Primary Responsibilities:

* Serve as application support and administrator responsible for the day-to-day operation of all non-EMR enterprise applications within the OptumCare East Region environment including Imprivata OneSign for SSO, Imprivata ConfirmID for EPCS, and Hyland OnBase for Document Management. Additional applications to be added to the environment, as needed to support business needs
* Follow all best practices in application configuration and procedures established within the team; contributes own ideas for improvement in process
* Execute application configuration changes using web-based graphical user interface
* Troubleshoot and resolve application issues
* Communicate with end users and information technology team members regarding application status, functionality, open issues, etc
* Assist with testing activity as needed during upgrades and releases
* Provision accounts and application role, following organization policy for access and security
* Extensive work experience within own function
* Work is frequently completed without established procedures

* May coordinate others' activities.- Extensive work experience within own function

Required Qualifications:

* High school education or equivalent experience

Soft Skills:

* Technical aptitude for learning new software applications
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* High attention to detail and ability to follow step-by-step process instructions with accuracy

Colorado Residents Only: The hourly range for Colorado residents is $17.12 to $30.34.
