The Focused Analytics Program Manager will be responsible for the end to end success of client initiatives in this enterprise-wide pre-sale program. Coordinating across many cross-functional teams, this role will be highly visible, fast paced and give the opportunity to contribute directly to a meaningful client experience.

Primary Responsibilities:

* Effectively build and maintain relationships with internal and external clients in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
* Provide clear communications (oral and written) and share knowledge at all levels of the organization
* Drive outcomes without direct authority, engaging team members in a cross-functional environment
* Communicate and disseminate critical information to appropriate audiences
* Facilitate status updates and review of programs to senior leadership teams and steering committees
* Create written and oral communication artifacts that effectively summarize findings, support fact-based recommendations, and provides appropriate detail to substantiate conclusions
* Collaborate with business and technology teams to define problems and develop reusable solutions
* Identify, build, and deploy project management principles and standards utilizing project management tools: Project Plan, IRAAD/Issue Log, Lessons Learned, Requirements Matrix, portfolio tracking, etc.
* Monitor and document initiative milestones and outcomes throughout the end to end program to ensure adherence to established quality standards
* Provide work stream/project oversight, manage, track issue resolution and make key decision recommendations
* Drive/participate in presentations and meetings with all levels of the organization within a virtual setting

Required Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
* 2+ years of project/program management experience
* 2+ years of experience working in a professional organization with healthcare emphasis desired
* 3+ years of experience with MS Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Teams
