Sr. Financial Analyst

Primary Responsibilities:

* Responsible for driving / developing new cost metrics
* Develop, perform and manage the analyses of business and financial metrics as well as performance measures
* Lead the monthly variance analysis of Corporate SG&A, including reviewing cost center expenses with leadership
* Continuously developing, enhancing and implementing tools and processes to efficiently drill into variances and accurately assess risks and opportunities
* Develop and maintain financial reports to clearly communicate actual results, forecasted performance, and variances to plan, forecast and budget
* Develop, perform and manage all aspects of financial planning, budgeting and forecasting
* Work closely with the business to develop, recommend and establish strategies, plans, and processes to improve profitability and cost efficiencies

Required Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or related field (business/economics)
* 2+ Years of financial and/or accounting experience
* Intermediate level of MS Excel experience (Pivot Tables, V-Lookups, etc.)
* Intermediate Word and PowerPoint experience
* Experience analyzing and interpreting financial statements
* Experience presenting to leadership and/or business owners
* Financial planning/forecasting & analysis experience
* Strong understanding of GAAP

Preferred Qualifications:

* MBA or CPA
* Oracle Essbase Reporting experience

Colorado Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $53,000 to $95,100.
