We are seeking an experienced, analytical and motivated Supervisor, Pharmacy Operations to lead a team of Warehouse Clerks in the Woodinville, WA office. In this fast - paced role, you would manage Pharmacy Assistants to ensure productivity and improve current processes. Bring your pharmacy and supervision experience to a company that recognizes your contributions and encourages employee advancement.

This position will have a work week between Monday - Saturday, with a core 8 hour shift between the hours of 6 am - 8:30 pm. Flexibility needed to meet production needs.

Primary Responsibilities:

* Monitoring and managing Warehouse clerk productivity and quality
* Managing projects as needed
* Acting as the SME for processes and policies
* Identifying potential issues that interfere with workflow
* Determining and implementing process improvements
* Identifying trends and ensuring fair workload distribution
* Provide inspirational leadership and guidance to the team through feedback, performance management and development conversations

Required Qualifications:

* High School Diploma / GED
* Current and unrestricted Pharmacy Assistant License in the state of Washington
* 2+ years of Pharmacy experience
* 3+ years of Team Lead or Supervisory experience
* Willing to learn or knowledge on how to drive a forklift
* Able to lift up to 50lbs.
* You will be asked to perform this role in an office setting or other company location
* Employees are required to screen for symptoms using the ProtectWell mobile app, Interactive Voice Response (i.e., entering your symptoms via phone system) or a similar UnitedHealth Group-approved symptom screener prior to entering the work site each day, in order to keep our work sites safe. Employees must comply with any state and local masking orders. In addition, when in a UnitedHealth Group building, employees are expected to wear a mask in areas where physical distancing cannot be attained

Preferred Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree
* Supervisor experience within a pharmacy operation
* National Technician Certification (PTCB)
* Knowledge and experience with IRIS (Oracle) production system
* Solid communication skills & interpersonal skills
* Basic analytical skills
