Primary Responsibilities:

* Responsible for ServiceNow platform architectural configuration and design level details that align to implementation best practices
* Understand & solution business requirements; translate complexities to project stakeholders
* Provides consultative technical leadership to the development and platform teams
* Collaborate with program team, product team and scrum teams and participate in various backlog refinement sessions and Scrum ceremonies
* Collaborate and partner with ServiceNow Architect and Enterprise Architects
* Create and maintain a detailed view of the architecture
* Support development efforts as needed

Required Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree
* 8+ years of IT experience on web-based products (5+ years in ServiceNow - including lead development in one or more custom applications)
* 5+ years of experience working on large scale, multiple team projects
* 4+ years of experience with Agile with an objected oriented programming language (i.e. Java or .NET)
* 4+ years of experience with at least 1 scripting language such as JavaScript or AngularJS
* Advanced experience in a solution or technical architect role using service and hosting solutions (PaaS, Saas platforms)
* Advanced experience and in depth ServiceNow knowledge including integration with leading technologies
* If you need to enter a work site for any reason, you will be required to screen for symptoms using the ProtectWell mobile app, Interactive Voice Response (i.e., entering your symptoms via phone system) or a similar UnitedHealth Group-approved symptom screener. Employees must comply with any state and local masking orders. In addition, when in a UnitedHealth Group building, employees are expected to wear a mask in areas where physical distancing cannot be attained

Preferred Qualifications:

Colorado Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $94,500 to $171,700.
